My personal training is done for today! 😊 I’ve been going for training only twice weekly, and there are times I missed a session or 2 due to hectic schedule. But I try my best to continue doing it, not just to feel better about myself, more importantly to gain more energy so that I can continue running around with work. I’m not big on cardio training due to my weak knee (hence no marathon or zumba for me). I’m not here to bulk up (just wanna lean body and eat what I want when I want). I’m here for the heart, health, body and mind. That’s my fitness goal and I hope I’m able to continue doing this for decades to come. #andreamirfitnessgoal
